To our involvement abroad and the local requested consultancy of German offices, we progressed continously in developing the range of technical advice by real estate transactions over the last years.

In cooperation with a permanent staff of professional engineers, we create Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for existing buildings and new buildings.

In particular, since the aquisition of a used property is linked with many technical and economic uncertainties, we try to make the process transparent and objective in order to minimize client risks.

The range of our services covers from short evaluations, over standard tests up to complete refurbishment concepts. Together with the client will be discussed and set the content and the depth of the process.
